Due to our products being perishable we do not accept returns for any products. We will offer to exchange your product for a new product if:
• Products are damaged (ie, if glass has broken with greens in it)
• Products have seemingly gone bad (wilted, melted and smell sour)
We do not provide refunds for products that did not get placed in the refrigerator within 8 hours after delivery.
We provide full refunds for orders that are canceled 12 hours before the scheduled delivery.
