Avocado Toast with Microgreens

Do you have avacoado that you need to eat before it gets too ripe? This is a great way to pair it up with your Wispy Greens.

Ingredients

Whole grain toast (or bread of your choosing)
1/2 avocado
1 teaspoon of lime juice
Pinch of salt
1 small garlic clove
1 Tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
Wispy Veggie Microgreens

Instructions

Mash sliced avocados or pulse them in a small food processor.
Mix in salt, lime juice, garlic and fresh cilantro to the avocado mixture.
Taste and adjust salt to desired taste.
Spread the avocado mixture onto a freshly toasted slices of bread.
Sprinkle microgreens on top.
