Savory Tuna Salad Crostini with Microgreens

Ingredients

• 2 (6 ounce) cans of tuna
• 2 tablespoons of pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon of red onion, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 pinches of salt
• 2 pinches of pepper
• 8 slices bread, toasted
• 1/2 cup of Wispy Veggie Microgreens
• 1 pomegranate, seeds removed

Instructions

1. Open and drain the canned tuna.
2. Mix the drained tuna and next 7 ingredients in a bowl.
3. Toast the bread (or not as you prefer).
4. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bread.
5. Artfully place the microgreens and pomegranate seeds on top of the tuna salad.
6. Serve!
